Excelent interview. Another term for the sticky manual worker in a winery is a "Cellar Rat." I am listening to the podcast right now, looking forward to the next one. Peace,

Hugo, this is great. I didn't realize there were so many wine podcasts out there. Like Dave, I would love to hear about bottles that are available here in the states as well. Cheers.

Thanks Dave, we've been trying to feature bottles that are widely available in Oz but we'll start checking US retail sites so we can also mention US revant bots.

I finally got around to listening to this show and it - like the two previous - was excellent. You guys are doing a great job. Thanks.

Now I'm off to try and locate some of Matt's GST! I'm afraid it's still tough finding the truly great Aussie wines here in the US but always worth the effort.

I remember from my days of home brewing that too much alcohol quickly reduced taste, so i'm all for less alcohol. Plus it means more wine which is always a good thing.

Thanks for the comment Jeff. What did anyone else think of the interview? Too long, too short, too detailed or a perfect way to make the most of boriig drive time?

Great show. Enjoyed hearing Matt's take on winemaking. Especially liked his philosophy about picking the grapes earlier, and thereby making lower alcohol wines. Never thought I'd want less alcohol, but I guess I'm maturing. Keep up the good work.
